2023 Event Highlights

Our second annual Shine a Light event in 2023 raised over $60,000 for local mental health initiatives in Johnson County. The funds have been used for a variety of client needs, from car and home repair to hygiene productions and food items. We have also been able to better equip and recognize JCMHC employees who serve our community every day.

Community Support in Action

More than 180 people attended in 2023, including mental health professionals, local partners and community advocates who want to see positive change in our community. The event included dinner, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, awards presentations, a play and an engaging emcee.
